With just a few adjustments, you can turn an ordinary bedroom into a decadent den of slumber
- Choose the right bedlinen and bedclothes If you get chilly, brushed cotton is snug and comforting. If you easily overheat (or have hot flushes) opt for silk or bamboo, both of which wick away heat.
